Season 1 - WITH YOU IN THE NICU is a new podcast series for those who care for infants in a neonatal intensive care unit. The discussions are geared toward parents of preemies, but will resonate with anyone spending time beside a NICU incubator. Season 2 - focuses on trying to help parents understand more about what's happening with their own emotions and reactions to being in the NICU, and then providing them with guidance on ways in which mindfulness and meditation techniques can help process the experience.
