Yukon - Criteria for RSV Prophylaxis
1.
Premature babies born less than 28 weeks gestation who are at home on or after September 1.
2.
Premature babies born 29-32 weeks gestation if at home on or after October 1 should have RSV risk assessment done by a NICU staff or the baby's community doctor.
3.
Premature babies born 33 to less than 35 weeks gestation and are at home on or after October 1 should have RSV risk assessment done by a NICU staff or the baby's community doctor.

Other medical conditions, for example, severe chronic lung disease, congenital heart disease, down syndrome, please speak to your health care provider.
