Breastfeeding

Here you will find evidence-based resources about producing, pumping and feeding breastmilk. Some of the resources were written by  Dr. Paula Meier,  director for clinical research and lactation in the neonatal intensive care unit and professor of pediatrics at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She has kindly agreed to share them with you as they were written. There may be some differences from your centre in the resources available.

Track your breastfeeding and pumping progress with MyMedela app (Apple) or MyMedela app (Google). It’s free for families.

The app helps you to monitor your breastfeeding and pumping sessions – plus, keep tabs on your baby’s height, weight, sleep, and diaper changes.

With support from Medela
